Vermiculite can hold more water than perlite. It can contain potassium, calcium, and magnesium, which can trap nutrients and make them more readily available to plants.
Because perlite and vermiculite have complementary properties, they are often used together.
It is used by incorporating it into our substrate, which promotes aeration and water and nutrient retention.
Inert, light, cheap and with a neutral pH value.
