Description
Plants with a short flowering period Grown-up plants of 8 weeks or less require large amounts of readily available potassium in the early stages to produce more fruit and heavier flowers in a shorter time.
Potassium is required in large quantities and plays a key role in plant metabolism. It regulates CO2 absorption, is essential for producing the energy source for photosynthesis, and helps regulate nutrient and water uptake. A potassium deficiency leads to stunted growth, reduced water circulation, irregular fruit ripening, and makes the plant more susceptible to environmental stress.
